In this skit, that energy becomes the whole plot:  
the phone keeps ringing, notifications keep buzzing, and everybody swears I’m ghosting them… meanwhile I’m in a completely different universe, locked in on some wild blueprint that could change everything. Papers everywhere, whiteboards full of equations, music looping, caffeine levels dangerously high — the whole “mad scientist but make it visionary” vibe.
